About Tennis Ratings and Rankings 

The Lawn Tennis Association’s ratings system allows players of all abilities to assess their performance against all other tennis players in Britain. 

The new rankings system runs alongside the current ratings system. Rankings will provide a player with immediate recognition for their tournament performances.

This dynamic performance measure will allow a player to see where they sit within their competing age group at any given time.
